This Privacy Policy explains how Villion LLC (“Villion”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our websites, use the Villion app, contact us, or use our concierge, travel, events, production and membership services, including Villion+, Villion Corporate, Villion Studio and Eminence by Villion (together, the “Services”). Use of our websites is also governed by our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and identity details: name, email address, phone number, company, job title and postal address.
- Inquiry and account details: the information you submit through our forms or the app, such as the service you are interested in, dates, destinations, group size, budget ranges and notes.
- Travel and booking details: information needed to arrange travel, accommodation, transport and events, such as traveller names, dates of birth, nationality, passport or identity document details, loyalty programme numbers, dietary requirements and accessibility needs.
- Preferences: service preferences and special requests you share so that we can tailor what we arrange.
- Payment information: billing details and payment card information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: the content of emails, messages, calls and other correspondence with us.
- Partner and supplier information: business contact details and commercial information from hotels, residences, clubs, brands, suppliers and other partners who work with us.

- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of visits.

- Hotels, airlines, aircraft and yacht operators, transport providers, venues and other suppliers, in connection with bookings we arrange for you.
- Your employer or organisation, where you use the Services through a Villion Corporate account or a partner programme.
- Persons who book on your behalf, such as an assistant or a travel companion.
- Publicly available sources and professional networks, for business development.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide, arrange and manage the Services you request.
- To make bookings and reservations with suppliers on your behalf.
- To create and manage accounts, memberships and corporate accounts.
- To process payments, invoices and refunds.
- To communicate with you about your requests, bookings, events and account.
- To personalise the Services according to your preferences.
- To produce events, photography and film, subject to the consent and release terms agreed for each production.
- To send updates about our Services where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve our websites, app and Services.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements.

- Suppliers and partners that deliver the Services you request, such as hotels, airlines, aircraft and yacht operators, chauffeur and transport companies, restaurants, clubs, venues and event partners. These parties process your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, communications, customer support, analytics and professional advisers, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Your organisation, where you use the Services through a corporate account or partner programme, to the extent needed to administer that account, including reporting.
- Affiliated brands operating under the Villion name, including Eminence by Villion, for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legal and safety purposes, where required by law, regulation, legal process or government request, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Villion, our clients or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and arrange services worldwide. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including where our suppliers are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are generally deleted within 24 months. Booking and financial records are retained as required by law.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in section 1, for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in section 4. Sensitive personal information, such as passport details, is used only to provide the Services you request. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our websites to function, and, where permitted, to understand how our websites are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the websites work. Our websites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals; we honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
10. Photography and film
Villion events and productions may be photographed and filmed. Where you appear in such content, we use it in line with the release or consent terms agreed for that event or production. To ask about content in which you appear, contact us using the details below.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information except as provided by a parent or guardian in connection with a booking. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party websites and services
Our websites and Services may link to third-party websites, apps and services, including those of our suppliers and partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where the changes are significant, provide additional notice.
